The phone system barely ever works
The appointments are all in the far future
I find the receptionist very sharp and rude, when I complained I had incredible back pain, she said come in the next half hour, or not to bother. No sympathy at all.
Not found it be effective or helpful. Appears really badly run | ||||||

Amazing GP service. Kind, friendly, approachable. And great appointments system, including evening appointments. No complaints at all. | ||||||

I am sad to see that none of these positive reviews of this surgery are recent, and indeed that a very positive one was left by me some years ago. I am sorry to say that in my view the situation is now changed very much for the worse. I will be changing surgeries. Lovely ancillary staff and the trainee doctors are very good indeed | ||||||
