My friend was registered to this surgery and the stories I heard from him are terrifying.Beacuse was a lunguage barrier as my friend doesn't speak very well English they kept ignoring him when he ask for his monthly prescription. He paid 3 times £60 a form the doctor has to complete for home office 6 months ago ,still hasn't received his money or form completed. |

I registered here because Redcliffe Surgery closed. I now wish I had remained a patient at Health Partners Violet Melchett. Hopeless practice. They forget repeat prescriptions. Today I called at 17.00 hours and waited because I was number one in the queue. One hour 15 minutes later I went to the practice still connected on the phone at 18.15 to discover the shutter down and the door locked. It clearly says the practice is open until 18.30. I now will re-register at Health Partners Violet Melchett even though it will be harder to get there. DO NOT REGISTER AT THIS PRACTICE. I REPEAT DO NOT REGISTER AT THIS PRACTICE. THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS. |

Dr. Raj is the worst GP I have ever met, she is psychopatic, treats her patients very bad. She’s the one who needs to see a doctor. The way she approaches and speaks to her patients is not acceptable. She is very very rude and inhuman. I heard so many complaints about her, I didn’t know that she was the one to see me, In Allah’s name I hope she will be taken out from Earls Court Clinic…Inshaalah! |
