Called out of peak time to make an appointment with a doctor. Waited about an hour to get an answer. Gave my name and date of birth, was then told that doctor does not work Mondays and to call back at 8am the next day! Why is this type of information not on the website? This would save a lot of frustration with patients! Will try again tomorrow but the chances are slight to nil at getting an appointment. I have put off making an appointment for over a year and my symptoms are getting worse. The system at the Mayflower Medical Centre needs a complete review if they are to help save lives of people that have not been diagnosed in time! | ||||||

Impossible to get an appointment even though 111 said see a doctor as soon as possible. I got through to doctors at 9am no appointments left. Call back tomorrow Ridiculous.playing a phone lottery and a health lottery every morning!!!! | ||||||
