I've been trying to obtain a repeat of medication I get prescribed for re-occuring sinusitis, however I have been told by the receptionist that I need to speak to a doctor and each time I call I'm on hold for at least 30 minutes then when I do finally get through I'm informed that all appointments have been booked and that I need to call back another time, this has now happened four times and I'm still no nearer getting the prescription the local chemist is telling me I need, it's no wonder patients are getting frustrated with the current situation, I appreciate we are in strange times, but as it's a re-occuring issue surely someone can check my records and assist me in obtaining the required medication. |

My husband was missing one of his prescription items and I called into the surgery this afternoon and asked if the item could be sent to the chemist today. The 'receptionist on duty was so helpful and having taken the details she went and asked the duty doctor to sign it for me. Amazing service when it was entitley our mistake. People are so quick to moan and especially at the poor reception staff but the lady on duty today was amazing. Thank you so much. Sue Shepherd a |

This is a very good surgery with supportive doctors and staff and a friendly atmosphere. But, the car park has recently been extended. The space for patients has decreased whilst the space for doctors has increased. This is baffling and short of thought for the poorly and often less abled or elderly patients trying to park. Anyone who knows the area will also know that parking generally in Brentwood is diabolical due to the short sighted planning by authorities. |
