I always receive such a nice welcome from the Head Receptionist she is always so helpful and warm and always goes above and beyond to help as much as she can.
So very refreshing to know that when you need a question answered that she will help any way she possibly can, she truly is a credit to this already wonderful surgery.
So grateful to all the staff here and very proud to call this my doctors surgery. Thanks for all you do. | ||||||

Myself, my husband and our 3 small children were part of a terrible incompetent GP surgery prior to this surgery, that particular surgery left us with nothing but anxiety and stress. We then relocated and registered with a new surgery in Romford, they were very good also, when we moved again, closer to Hornchurch Healthcare and registered there, we were anxious - thinking would we have another negative and upsetting experience. Definitely not! If you are lucky enough to live within the catchment area and register at Hornchurch Healthcare, do! They are amazing, couldn't fault them, the reception team are so polite, professional, helpful and kind and will do all they can in good time to achieve a resolution that suits you first and the surgery. They are reassuring and amazing and I couldn't praise them enough. The Drs are great too, they are professional, emphatic and genuinely caring and thorough. They do not waste your time at all, they do the best they can do and to make you feel they gave you the best duty of care, which is what you want when visiting your GP. The appointment system and wait is great, they get you in for an emergency if it is an emergency and the next general available appointment is not the following month neither! Most of the time, more like later that week or the start of the next which you can't complain about that - that's amazingly refreshing. The communication and contact and follow up between the reception team and/or Drs and the patient is outstanding.
I feel as if surgeries are quick to get faulted and negative feedback but not if the feedback is positive and uplifting - this GP surgery deserve nothing less, me and my family appreciate this surgery so much and it is such a relief to be registered with them.
