This GP Surgery has gone downhill year on year. To the point, I cannot get an appointment at all! Not on the online system and not on the phone. The phone receptionists have become ruder as time has gone on and leaving me feeling that whatever the reason for calling is not at all important. I feel completely isolated from this service and I feel completely helpless in getting my mental health looked at.
This is not to say that this surgery has never helped. They have dealt with my conditions in the past and have recently corrected my medication after months of tissues. This I am very grateful for. However; on more than one occasion I have ended up in hospital unnecessarily when I could have been seen by a doctor. This could have been avoided along with the extra costs to the NHS which I would prefer to keep low if anything.
Please, can this surgery just let me see a doctor about my depression and about my epilepsy? I have been without a neurologist for almost a year now without support or guidance. My depression is getting worse week on week :( | ||||||

Was delighted to get through on the phone very quickly, be treated with respect by the receptionist and book an appointment the same day. The wait time for the appointment was 1-hour but the quality of the GP and visit was great. | ||||||
