Every time I call I wait a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a human... but they’re not much better! I find them rude and comparative, lacking compassion and understanding that people would be frustrated by the poor running of their surgery. After waiting 6 weeks for my appointment, I receive a letter 2 days before to say it’s cancelled as the Dr is now off, not attempt to give me another appointment, just cancelled. I call to try rebook (after waiting 30 minutes on hols) and am told earliest is in another 5 weeks time! Absolutely ludicrous. I’ve now left and will be trialling an alternative surgery with better reviews. |

They are apsolutely terrible ,they don’t answer the phone ,and if they do ,you just sit there waiting it’s appalling to think your life is in there hands .and excuse is the coronavirus,but if you pay and go the spire or Nuffield ,then you can been seen ,private of course just excuse not to see there patients ,and still get paid . |
