I received a choice of three when I rang this morning, the receptionist was very friendly, the Doctor was very thorough, offered advice, medication and requested for me to have an urgent hospital appointment, a blood test and a follow up appointment should I require it. The receptionist asked the nurse if she could fit me in for the blood test which she did, and the staff made up my medication immediately. People moan about the NHS and the service they receive but I came away thinking what a marvellous service I had received. Thank you. | ||||||

I visited Nayland surgery yesterday & found the reception staff very helpful & the consultation with the doctor was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery. I would rate it excellent. | ||||||
