I’ve lived near Rowhedge for over three years and cannot praise the staff at this surgery enough. At the ripe age of 65 I am now getting a few health issues. Thankfully nothing major. I don’t need to go into detail but just want to convey to others how positive my experiences have been with three medical professionals that have helped me. Both on the phone and face to face. The waiting time to get through and my call back time was unexpectedly fast. Then the knowledge and professionalism expressed was superb. Thanks go to Dr Carol Richardson and Advanced Nurse Practitioners Carolyn Richards and Louise Greenwold. I’m a retired intensive care sister with 40 years experience and am well aware of the flaws in some areas of our NHS. However I’m so proud of our little Rowhedge practice and Colchester Hospital as well. | ||||||

First class courteous and efficient staff with GP's who truly care for their patients. Same day appointments with minimal waiting time. I cannot praise these people enough for their professionalism and dedication. | ||||||
