They seem to care more about money than patients. Walked into the surgery ans reception were on their mobile phones swearing when i was waiting to see the GP. I could hear them saying many patients names and address. They were very rude when i approached them to book in for a blood test.
I saw receptionists take photos on their phone when i was standing at the patient desk. |

I highly recommend this practice for numerous reasons. The GPs and Nurses are excellent and I have always left feeling assured that I had just received the best care / treatment possible. They are very friendly and most importantly professional. It's clear it's a very busy surgery but the reception team handle the load so well and are always polite, professional and informative. I have been impressed by reception team's dedication to help each individual to the best of their ability and have gone above and beyond for me and my family on a couple of occasions. This is a very good team and I feel lucky to be looked after by everybody in this practice. I have witnessed some patients behave a little short towards the reception team and it makes me cross because they have a challenging job and deserve to be treated with respect. The medical team are amazing and so so friendly and I have 100% trust in them. I always feel welcome and well looked after by all. Thank you! |
