I've being waiting nearly 4 weeks for my blood test results. receptionist just keeps saying the doctor is busy and hoping to get done soon. appalling service. | ||||||

Cannot get to see a doctor, won’t give a face to face appointment. Telephone appointment booked, call received 7 hours after the time slot. Concerned regarding ongoing symptoms which are getting worse after 12 month wait to see a specialist. Doctors answer ‘go private’, or you will just have to wait. 47.83% cancer detection at the practice. Well that’s not going to happen now is it. Let’s hope I don’t die in the meantime. Appalling! | ||||||

A surgery you can trust with excellent doctors and efficient staff. I am very grateful to be a patient here. And I trust it to take care of my entire family (3 generations). The doctors are very knowledgeable and they listen to you. You can book in person, by 'phone or online. The early morning appointments are very convenient. We are so very glad and lucky to have Chapel St as our surgery. | ||||||
