receptionists so unhelpful uncaring and rude getting same day appointment is impossible if you are dying with pain you have to wait 2weeks times to speak to doctor . | ||||||

It's terrible to get appointments they don't care about people if you sick now every time just for phone calls they treat people it's horrible | ||||||

This used to be a lovely surgery now a lot of the staff have changed and its awful. Especially the reception area staff. Very rude, not at all caring. Worst customer service ever. You have to constantly chase things up because they don't bother doing things properly. My advice is choose a different surgery. | ||||||
