I’m sitting in for last almost 50 mins to speak to someone to deal with my situation. The nurse is incompetent to feed information into the system which means that I’ve been called up for 4 different occasions for a smear test only to be told that I don’t need it. I’ve been called up to have my child’s vaccination over 4 times also and I’ve received endless letters to book for her appointment. Every time I’ve come to the surgery to be told I don’t need them once checked in red book. This Is a total waste of time and not only time your time where someone else could be booked in! If she in not capable to put details on the system then her admin which she claims works only one day a week and has a mountain load to go through. It’s not good enough, employ more admins as this is just wasting everyone’s time. It takes one minute to check in other system rather than waste more time for patients to come in and then have them ready for appointment to say no. You need more employees or admins. This is not good enough at all! I demand to speak to your practice manager Lyn and you can tell her to give me a call to explain this flaw in your admin and it’s happened far too many times! My appointment was today at 10am on the 21st December 2020 you can see who I am. This needs immediate sorting out. I’m surprised this place is not losing out on money for each wasted appointment. I will not write in because the admin would probably throw the letter away and that’s why I am leaving this review on here! |

Always received good care from this practice doctors. Very understanding and patient focussed. Reception staff, secretary are very helpful and polite. Most rude receptionist ever on most of the time! Went down hill when Julie left!!! And can't get appointments and when we do speak to a doctor they're useless! Used to be a good medical center not no more. Maybe your staff need training in polite and manners for a change... disgusting! |
