Very rude, unacceptable behaviours from receptionist and nurse practitioner Eva. No professionalism and not meeting the ethical standards. Poor standards and disgraceful treatment by staff. Surgery is refusing for any face to face appointments. Ask to call in the morning for an appointment, then you get a phone call from the nurse who just says can't prescribe, can't refer ring back again next day in the morning ( what's the point in employing such people or what sort of triaging is it?). Waste of time and resources. Or the nurse practitioner just refer you to a specialist without examining you to assess the need for it. To book an appointment with a specialist in a hospital, you will have to leave a message and the hospital will contact you in 3 months time where you would have even died without getting medical help. Needs immediate attention from commissioners/ CCGs or the governing bodies. |

I tried to contact the Surgery to take a face to face appointment after taking a week antibiotics with no improvement . Nurse practitioner refused to see me as there is strep A outbreak. Which I said my problem is mainly my lymph nodes get swollen and not able to swallow. However, no help from the receptionist or from the nurse practitioner. Put the phone down on me as her clinic is fully booked and refused to see face to face. Terrible professional ethics and practices within this surgery is a real concern to escalate to CCGs. |

Have had pain in my lower left side now for 7 weeks I have tried repeatedly to contact the surgery for several weeks I managed to get a 4 minute consultation with a doctor who diagnosed a problem and gave antibiotics a week later my condition had not improved I waited 55 minutes to speak to a receptionist who stated I had complained of chest pains I was promised a call back which did not happen but I was given more antibiotics. What does it take to see a doctor let alone speak to one |
