I'm a patient here since 2014, didn't have any issues with the surgery or the services. GPs are very professional, well experienced and look after the patients very well. Got help from them several occasions and I would recommend this surgery to others. The big question is do they have any availability? I would give them 10 out of 10. |

I don't visit the doctors much but I can say when ever I have I have found them to be helpful in all cases. No matter how minor the problem they always had time to discuss things. I recently went and I was expecting the usually next week appointment. But I was given one the next day. I was seen by a doctor who did not hesitate in sending me to the hospital for further investigation and also said they will get to the bottom of the problem that is affecting my everyday tasks. Nothing but praise to all at the surgery and Im actually going to register my wife and kids with them |

Twice I have ordered my repeat prescription via Systmonline. and have been given a date when my prescription will be ready for me to collect from Allcures Pharmacy in Grays.. Each time I have gone to collect my prescription from Allcures (after the date I have been informed that it will be available) I have been told they do not have it and I need to contact my Doctors Surgery. This I have done and each time my prescription is found in the waiting for collection box with my name and address crossed through on it. First time I was told the Surgery needed to see me ( what for I do not know) before they could give me the prescription and I was told they would make sure it will be at the Pharmacy next time I request a Repeat Prescription .That next time was today and the same thing has happened. The Surgery told me it had been sent to Allcures but they had retuned it. (which I did not believe to be true) When I mentioned this to Allcures I was told .. we never return prescriptions it is the error of the Doctors Surgery........ Whoever is responsible for this can they please put it right so that next time I will be able to collect my repeat prescription from Allcures. without any bother.. |
