I had a very poor experience with staff and would would never go to Queens Park Surgery again. Some of the staff are very bad-mannered and let the whole team down. | ||||||

One of the most unhelpful and rude secretaries ever. Your told one thing, then the opposite by another staff member. While they’re being as rude as they can possibly be.
Only go here if you like being treated like dirt. | ||||||

I have been a patient of this surgery for 30 years.I use the facilities regularly as I have several long term illnesses.
Without doubt the doctors take a keen interest in my progress and always take time to explain the way forward and why they are recommending a course of action . I feel secure dealing with them and trust in their decisions.I can ask questions which I know will be answered fully and honestly.
The receptionist team have I believe a difficult job dealing with us the public and in my view carry out their duties positively and well . They are friendly and try to help.
