I have been trying to get in touch directly with someone for the spirometry services and is so hard. I had my referral made by my gp to their clinic in 2022. Finally I received an appointment in February, when I turned up the nurse wasn't there but nobodyeven botheredto tell me anything. So they reebok it. Next time when I arrived to my appointment (10 minutes late) the nurse sat me down, told me to get my coat off, asked my name and date of birth and when she realised that I was 10 min late she told me to get out because she will not see me now and wait for another appointment. I felt so humiliated, so ashamed... They never rebooted me. This year, I went again to my GP and told the story, now I had another appointment where they sent me the reminder 10 minutes before the appointment. I leave 40 min away by public transport and 20 min driving. I got a cab and I obviously got 10 minutes late. Nurse did not want to see me again. Waste of money and time. I even told the receptionist that it does not make any sense to get a reminder 10 minutes before the appointment. She said that I have been called. My voicemail has my full name, there was no voicemail left for me. How would I know who is calling if there is no voicemail? I left the practice crying. Horrible experience and I wish I would never ever have to step foot there again. | ||||||

When I call the reception, I can't either get through or if by some luck I get through, they will ask me to talk with a pharmacy. It's never urgent enough that I will ever get an appointment. Before when I used to do online consultation as I can never get through the normal way, the GP would at least call me back. Now they just send a 2 line text and send a link for what they think it is or ask to send pictures and then it's never bad enough for a face to face consultation. Google is a better doctor than them. | ||||||

The worst surgery ever people are rude racists I have an urgent problem waiting two months and yet they haven’t made it urgent the worst people I have a life threatening problem and what they do they kick me out if something happen to me I am going to report you all of you of the terrible system u have especially the receptionist is the worst can be all of them for a just unbelievable rude and racist | ||||||
