Reception and prescription staff lack patience and empathy. Previously the staff like Sandra, Mary and Tracey have been wonderful. Such a shame. | ||||||

Totally incompetent, 3 weeks I have visited every Wednesday with a consultants letter for a simple prescription as I work all other days, 3 weeks and very single time I give it in and ask if it’s been dealt with so I can pick it up from the pharmacy they don’t know anything about it, especially the rude dinosaur at the front with the glasses who took it off me 3 times, who is always always so rude, the surgery are failing so bad in administration and the staff they hire, so many people looking for jobs and this is the best they can afford. Inept and unacceptable | ||||||

Incredibly, its impossible to see a doctor but the doctors/owner can still find the time to reply and offer excuses for bad reviews. | ||||||
