I try to book a telephone appointment with my doctor i have many health problems. Never not answer someone for reception to pick up my call. This morning I call them more than 15 times. But no-one not answering ?? ?? so in this case what I can do. | ||||||

I have been at this surgery for over 25 years and wouldn’t change staff have always been polite and will help you in anyway they can plus Doctor are very caring | ||||||

I was so impressed with the doctor and team yesterday and the way they accommodated my 1year old daughters travel vaccinations needs. We are having to make an unexpected trip abroad in a few days, and after 2 days of trying my GP practice and other surgeries I was simply told that they had no availability with the nurse and I should go private. Now that's really expensive as they couldn't even tell me which vaccinations from the long list my daughter needed. Just one call to the GP here explaining my urgent travel needs for my baby, I was told to bring her in straight away. They saw her almost straight away and no fuss about appointments! They fully understood my desperation to ensure my little girl was vaccinated and accommodated us at virtually no notice. This is how a GP practice should be - understanding and accommodating our unexpected needs. Plus I was impressed with the doctor - as he was the first GP that knew exactly what vaccinations needed for our travel straightaway, all other GPs I spoke to simply said they didn't know and referred me on to the nurse saying they wouldn't know (fair enough) and I couldn't find a nurse ( at my practice) willing to tell me this on the phone. Thanks to the doctor and the team there. I highly recommend this practice! | ||||||
