Only seen either Jason orJagan once since lockdown.Can never get to see either one, or other gps, rare phone appointments, to talk. Results from all aspects of different tests, blood , scans, X-rays, late appointment letters for hospital,s , consultant,s etc. I have been a patient for so many decades, when there parents ran the surgery.Lovely people. Since Covid, lockdown, also taking on Auroa medicare, TVESTATE, another practice in Dagenham?Practice at KingEdwards surgery has declined rapidly.????????????? | ||||||

Hi My surgery is King Edward Road Medical Centre, 1 King Edward's Rd, Barking IG11 7TB. I have received a phone call from the surgery this morning regarding an appt, missed call as I am working. This afternoon @ 16.15pm I was speaking to one of the receptionist, Tina her name. its about I received two conflicting messages from the surgery one said my appt tomorrow is cancelled and the other said the appt for tomorrow is on. I asked her why the surgery send conflicting message and dont clarify by calling patient, as I was speaking to her,she was started shouting and then hang phone on me. I wanted to book apt for doctor and diabetic clinic at the same time but she just hanged phone on me. I found it extremely rude and abrupt. I am very stressed and not happy with her. The doctors of this surgery so caring but some of the reception staffs are so rude cannot imagine they work for patient. | ||||||
