I have been with this practice since 1979. At all times the care and attention from the reception staff and the clinical staff has been faultless. Both telephone and face to face consultations have never been hurried. Follow ups too have been kept up. Like in many places including friends and family telephone contact calls for patience snd perseverance. On in contact Al goes well. |

My elderly mother and I have been patients of the practice for over 36 years and on the few occasions either of us have required their service, we are always more than satisfied. Following my call to the practice, The doctor came out today to visit my mother to check on her progress. She has shingles and was keen to get some help and guidance, as she has been quite poorly. As always, the staff at the practice have been efficient and able to communicate information clearly and on this occasion have again been impressed by the level of care given. The doctor never seems in a hurry and is very attentive to our concern and has a lovely personable quality. He is great for our community and leads by example and it’s much appreciated. |

Thankfully I have only had the need to see the Dr two times since joining the practice a couple of years ago but both times have been listened to with respect and treated accordingly. The practice brings to mind the old style community family GP, who really knew their patients - in this day and age I think that is a rarity. I have had no issue with reception staff - always courteous and polite and I like being able to book appointments online. |
