Not able to get emergency appointment for my daughter to see a GP. When requested for doctor to give us a call, rejected by receptionist calling that he is busy and not even have five minutes to call either.
Very poor service and not care for the patients at all. Don't even know why they are running the GP practice. |

I am trying to call the number provided but it has an automated service that then cuts off after and does not get you to speak to a receptionist |

I have been a patient of Dr Jabbars Surgery from a young child I am now 25. I've had an ongoing medical issue for the last 3 years, after several hospital admissions and different scans etc. Nobody could get to the bottom of why I was experiencing such intense pain. Since being under the care of the newest doctor at the surgery I have now got a diagnosis and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. He has gone above and beyond to help me get the diagnosis & treatment I need. He always listens and takes into account what I have to say. He has also been brilliant with my children when I above had to visit him for them and always makes them feel comfortable and at ease. I am always able to get an emergency appointment for the children and have an open appointment to go back and see the Dr during the week if they haven't made any improvement which I think is brilliant. If I am unable to get an emergency appointment a telephone consultation is always an option. The ladies on reception are always kind and have helped arrange appointments and get to the bottom of miscommunications between hospitals and the g.p surgery to make sure I get the care I need. They have all helped me so much and I can't thank them all enough. |
