I have been forced to get private prescriptions now on 2 occasions. Their online portal is often disabled and calling the surgery requires on average across 3 phone calls - a 53minute wait. I have now been lucky enough to get registered at another local practice. If you can.. avoid. | ||||||

That gp receptionist are very rude if you call for appointment you have to wait minimum hour then they said no more appointment . usually 8 receptionist working one gp centre ! Just call them then understand ! | ||||||
