3 years with this practice and since I live very local, it's handy. Few doctors are ok. One manager was fine. But that's it. On multiple occasions, I had a poor experience of ignorant, rude and helpless receptionists, but also had practitioners and doctors, who we entrust our health, being late to the practice without communicating to the patients (had to wait over an hour), some said will contact me and never did, seems like they treat the job optional. Asked a few times receptionist to speak to the manager and the general response is they are not available and will call you back later. And again never did. People, that cannot be responsible, should not work in healthcare. Do some cleaning, that is optional. Thinking of leaving them. | ||||||

I've being advised to used pharmacy check up as apparently there is not appointment for my baby girl today as I've called at 9:00 am so I've went the pharmacy the gentleman checked my baby girl adviced me some medicine!! But is over counter payment . I've said I shouldn't pay for that as I'm on universal credit and she's eligible for free prescription. He said In this case you need to speak to the RECEPTION they issue you prescription for free!!!. Me back there asked the receptionist what happened she said I do understand that!!! You to call again in the morning and try to book appointment??!!and my baby girl suffering from Rush skin . This people's they out of mind and out of control the government need to review what happened in their communities.cause Dammam!! | ||||||

Ridiculous clinic with ridiculous staff. Rude, unprofessional and useless overall. Keep me waiting months for a scan after an injury and when I decided to go through a different clinic they charge me 70£ to fil up literally 2 lines with my name and address. Disgrace for the category but overall for whoever is registered there. Go to a veterinarian, they would know better than this clowns. Disgusted | ||||||
