    Plenty of doctors. Well trained reception staff. Very good service provided. Note that the doctors are the same ones all in all as we have had for years which is pleasing as a patient.

    I had to make a enquiry with our GP whom unfortunately wasn’t in today (who is the best GP we ever had) However when I spoke to one of the receptionist who was very kind and said that she could get one of the nurses to contact me. The nurse telephoned within 10 minutes and dealt with my enquiry immediately and gave us reassurance. Thank you very much for the empathy and reassurance you gave. She was very knowledgeable answering all my questions which gave me comfort discussing my elderly mother.

This highlights a very important point about how we at Jubilee Street Practice are constantly looking at ways to ensure our patients get a fast, efficient and safe service from the most suitably trained person, which traditionally used to be in most cases a GP, however we now have a great multidisciplinary team including patient assistants, health care assistants, physician associates, practise pharmacist independent prescriber, assistant practitioner, practice nurses and GP's (not forgetting other amazing teams such as phlebotomists, note summariser, practice coordinator and administrators). Each one of these teams work very hard in the background and foreground to help provide the best service possible to all our amazing patients.
