I have used this practice for approximately one and a half years now, and yet they simply do not listen. I have found myself just going around in circles, always having to reiterate the facts How very disappointing. Coming out the other side of a very nasty illness, I feel very grateful indeed for HFP. I have been a patient all of my life except for a very brief spell away for housing needs. This week I have had a nasty even embarassing illness that has had me very anxious and worried. I first contacted my GP on Mon, at the advice of Southmead ED where I had found myself over the weekend. The Doctor rang me within an hour giving advice reassurance and help. He rang again Tues giving the same care and consideration and suggested a blood test next day. I attended Weds for blood test, receiving care and concern from the nurse. By Thurs things had started to improve and again the Doctor rang. He was able to deduce what had happened from my results and offer further advice. All in all, I have received outstanding care. My worries were abated and I was able to recover knowing my health was so closely monitored. The time given to me this week by your staff is probably more than I usually need annually, but it was given with patience, care and genuine concern. Thank you is not enough, but all I can give. I am very grateful to be a patient of your wonderful practice. |
