Although I like to see one particular GP, when this is not possible the alternatives are generally good, apart from one or two exceptions. Appointment times are rather slack, but the good GPs do tend to take their time and show some care when talking things over with me. Sometimes, I have several long-term conditions and do feel that most of the GPs I have seen are too quick to prescribe oral medication when they could be supporting me with other forms of treatment in the short to medium term. On the whole, however, I don't believe I would get any better attention from another practice. |

My ten year old son has suffered abdominal pain for six months. I have found a lack of professional curiosity, knowledge and consistency between different GPs. I found I had to push for investigations and push more than once for specialist advice (... still awaited). We had to find out for ourselves from NICE what is the best treatment advice (.... and I still don't know why it isn't being followed). I feel my son has had to suffer unnecessarily for six months. |

I am not a person who likes or regularly visits the doctor, but my last couple of visits, I have been very satisfied and impressed with the clinic. The GPs took absolute interest in my problems and acted very well... very impressed with the whole clinic, from booking appointment onwards....5 star |
