I have been at ridingleaze for 14 years now, and as my health has declined they have been amazing with me.
One particular lady is my doctor, and hand on heart I couldn't have wished for a better Doctor. She is understanding, caring, takes the time to help ans I really feel she is in my corner fighting for me to get the right treatment. She saved my life by diagnosing me with a pulmonary embolism after a telephone appointment.
The nurses have all been amazing as well, especially one in particular, who takes the time to listen and understand my needs.
I must also mention the reception ladies. They all go above and beyond to help out, especially one lady who has been fantastic.
Without the help I've received at the doctors I would be totally lost. So I wanted to leave this review just to say thank you to everyone at Ridingleaze.

I visited this go to get access to my records, I was given a form to complete that referenced a guide that I wasn’t given, I chased after two months and was told there was no news, a further month later and still nothing.
I’m also supporting an elderly neighbour who regularly calls and visits all through the night in a confused state, when informing her GP of the concerns and risk I was told “we’ll mention it next time she’s in”.
I don’t find this practice at all patient focused I’m afraid.
In addition, whilst maybe not the gp’s fault but as the controller of our health I’ve a son who’s used 3 services in Bristol and the gp has no knowledge of this.
I don’t feel confident this surgery has a clue what is going on in the lives of the people it serves.
I did have a good experience with a practice nurse. I would like to say how amazing the team have been with my dad who hasn’t terminal cancer especially one doctor who always makes sure my dad is seennpromotly even if he can’t make it to the surgery so I would like to say a massive thank you and we appreciate you !!! | ||||||
