When they called me they never apologise for the late calls instead they were asking what's the problem inappropriately way. In face to face appointment they are also talking quite rough and it feels likes they're I'm getting bullied by the doctor, extremely unprofessional behaviour from the doctors! * I wasn't even able to hold the conversation very well after the first introduction from the doctor because it makes my illness; anxiety & depression worse. So my relative was talking to the doctor with my consent. * I'm sorry so that the doctor didn't pay attention at all, the female doctor kept on saying you are only allowed to discuss 1 problem in rough way. After few seconds she said you time up and disconnected the call. She didn't even tell me her name beginning of the call. - I didn't get proper medical examination form this GP's doctor. She never made any referral for my illness such as Talking Therapies, No prescription was issued, No blood test, No blood pressure was checked. Absolutely nothing. Doctor didn't have no empathy for the vulnerable patients or someone who's English isn't the 1st language. I'm very disappointed with Wapping Group Practices doctors but nurses & physiotherapy are very helpful, friendly & supportive. | ||||||

This GP surgery's female doctors are extremely unhelpful. Dr Rachel Parker, Dr Katarzyna Babinska & Dr Katerina Baimas has terrible medical judgment. They treat their patients so poorly and made almost forcing the patients not to come back to the GP! Rest of the doctors are very helpful, I will just because of them this GP surgery is still active! | ||||||

All the member of the teams are very helpful with their patient but these 3 doctors are terrible. Alwsys disappointed! Dr Katarzyna Babinska, Dr Rachel Parker, Dr Ricardo Cerezo Aviles They are need to be reviewed by the NHS England or GMC urgently for their behaviour, terrible communication and poor medical judgment ! | ||||||
