Unfortunately the surgery are operating an inaccessible service no f2f apts given, no emergency apts available, the blood test booking system is a joke what about those who do not speak English, the elderly, those with disabilities etc same for booking/requesting medical support everything is online!! You are putting vulnerable people at risk- patients are sharing details with families to arrange medical care- not everyone’s intentions are pure/good. Their go to is sending you to A&E where you could be outing yourself at more risk. Besides aren’t GP surgeries meant to reducing the amount people attending A&E. |

A very disgusting service. Came across the worst GP undertaking telephone consultations. Very off putting trying to get help service/help with issue. GP was very arrogant and backward in their way of thinking and how they delivered themselves. They should change careers if all they care about is their title, and making money from other peoples misery. It was apparent during the conversation that they had not actually even bothered to read the medical history or the intial query. Unprofessional, and rude in every sense. Not the first time either, always having to chase up things and always providing incorrect information. Starts off with the administration/reception and then follows through. This surgery has very low standards in terms of customer service and experience and this has been going on for a number of years. Any decent staff/doctors have already left such an organisation. Ghastly is the word to describe it. |

The only problems has been that the computer system went down one day so I wasn't seen and had to visit another day. I think the practise is overworked they need more staff and more doctors.....With the NHS being so stretched people who miss an appointment should be penalised... |
