Very Impersonal .no named doctors until two recently Very difficult to get appointments which are mainly by telephone- Admin Staff do a good job despite the lack of appointments available. The Federated Health Group and other Surgeries ring back on behalf of this surgery when locum GPS are not available. The main issue for patients is having to constantly summarise their ailments with different doctors from assorted practices even in working hours. This does not suit people with English as an additional language..pregnant women,the elderly,people with mental health issues and most patients who will wait to speak to a known doctor who knows their case. | ||||||

Atrocious. Took my 3year old in for bowel problems to be informed that this was caused by the fact he occasionally eats crisps, ignoring the fact that he eats a very well rounded diet with lots of fruit and veg. To then have the GP go on a completely unsolicited and inappropriate rant about police officer's being bad for black people and women, in front of my 2 small children, who had only moments earlier mentioned their dad being a police officer. I've had several comments made from different members of staff, that go against NHS and WHO guidance regarding my breastfeeding. Always unwanted and irrelevant (for example, toddler struggling with persistent fever = you must stop breastfeeding! Too old) This is the first I've experienced this - my previous GP practice were very pro breastfeeding and my youngest's specialist Drs have all bent over backwards to accommodate us They also routinely refuse to see my husband or cancel his appointments last minute which results in him being sent to A&E by 111 instead - twice in the last week, in fact. I've been an on off patient here my entire life and the last time it was a decent surgery was when Dr Miriam Manheim was at the helm - which was a very, very long time ago. It's a miracle if you even manage to see or speak with a Dr and an even bigger miracle if they manage to stay professional and deal with the matter at hand | ||||||
