I called in an emergency situation and well of course not in the emergency appointment call timeline; regarding all i was told continuously about to call back. I kept explaining that i need to speak to a doctor but the lady on the phone, SAMIA was adamant of not doing anything exception. And also telling me to call 111. She kept arguing and trying to prove her point. Wonder, why even you are here if a patient has to call 111 for services. This is the worst service i got out of all the gps’ i have ever been to. |

Was booked for face to face appointment for here. I arrived at the place and was entered into system for doctor to see. After wasting my 30 minutes, the receptionist said it will be telephone first and then doctor may ask you to come to clinic. I mean wtf, it was a physical appointment, i was clearly asked to come to clinic. If it was supposed to be telephone I should have been told earlier or atleast when i arrived. Patient care review - negative -5 out of 5. |

This Medical centre is the embodiment of a total failure. The way reception handles calls is always appalling and unprofessional, they are emotionally abusive as they are totally careless when it comes to your disease or medical necessities. All they do is stress patience by leaving them desperate by themselves with either the wrong sick note or no help whatsoever, this is because they wither don't respond and make you wait forever OR if they respond they tell you to call again later even if you have already called many times with no result. NHS should do something and improve this horrific place better and offer a service that meets at least what's the standard expectation for a medical centre. |
