I have never had any issues with this surgery - when I phone in I'm never waiting too long until I get to speak to a receptionist.
Dealing with receptionists is relatively straightforward, those that I have spoken too are lovely and accommodating.
I have had to arrange several appointments now which tend to be just telephone appointments with a doctor I've never spoken with before, but I don't mind as much, as I get good advice. It would be good to have the same doctor for continuity - however I'm sure this would cause havoc with waiting times etc!
Overall - I have received a good service. |

Bad receptionists, bad record-keeping, difficult to get appointments. Impersonal and uncaring. Awful. I feel ill at the thought of having to make appointments at this surgery. A truly miserable and depressing experience. Avoid if possible. A blemish on the NHS. After submitting this review, I imagine the treatment will get even worse. |
