This is a very busy practice based at the University of Sussex. It is nurse led, which means that the nurse decides whether or not you see the doctor. This is actually pretty efficient. On the day I visited the waiting room was full by 9:00am, but they had 4 nurses working the drop-in clinic, so it didn't take long before I was seen by a nurse, and then only a few minutes later by a doctor. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant and the nurse / doctor were both very professional and easy to talk to. |

Everyone is very friendly and patient here. Often because I am young I get talked down to by medical staff in clinics in London and they can be rude, but here everyone was very nice, respectful and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I felt very comfortable here. Thank you |
