Doctors are rude and act as if they are above you. Completely unprofessional & show lack of care. The receptionists literally threw a leaflet at me for asking if there are any clinics in the area (I has just started university, new to the area & looking for a new contraception method) The doctor told me “we don’t deal with this”…… and told me to ask the receptionist after my appt. Felt so belittled & embarrassed for asking a standard question that any other gp would’ve showed complete support with. Just don’t waste your time with these elitists, they act more special than they actually are. |

All staff very professional and curtious But why use a parking system that allows even encourages free parking for all. OK drive in go into chemist put reg number in machine go through other door and out. Now we can spend time in the park or 10 mins most for London road shops. Question how much does parking eye cost? What do they do to make their £25million+ Several supermarkets have now dispensed with their services because parking eye are losing them trade Question when are you going to kick them into touch? A very bad GP ever. Both of doctors and reception staff are not responsible. reception staff deal with us in rude way. Doctors do not even listen to what you are saying. my little daughter ( 1 year) has a sever cough for more than 3 months, and every time doctors
do not even make the regular check and tell me buy a CALPOL from any shop. However, once a time I told the doctor I have been giving my daughter the calpol without any improvement, she replied do not worry my son is the same, what a hell ! is it a scientific reply?
