The receptionist here is unbelievably rude. I should've walked straight back out when registration was such hard work with her but unsurprisingly she was just as rude the next time i visited the surgery and even made comments about me to the man on reception with her. The Dr I saw was unsatisfactory and simply said 'I don't know' regarding the two issues I visited him for. Obviously I am registering at a new surgery asap. | ||||||

I moved to the area fairly recently and am so glad I chose to register with this practice. As bad luck would have it, I've had a run of bad health and the doctors, nurses and reception staff at Beaconsfield have been wonderful. The doctors are all very patient, caring and you never feel as though you're being rushed. Reception staff are always friendly, chatty and welcoming. I feel very lucky to be a patient here. | ||||||

Thank you so much to one particular doctor, they were so kind, thorough and personable when we visited with an emergency appointment with our 10 month old today. I wish they were our usual GP. Could not have hoped for a better experience. I wish all GPS were like them! | ||||||
