We moved here just before the pandemic hit. Registered us here and honestly felt so incredibly lucky as the surgery have been amazing. Always managed to get seen on the day and they took great care of my kids. I do feel there has been a change the last few months. I’ve tried to call several times only to wait almost up to half an hour for someone to pick up. It’s expected, I understand with the colder weather. However on the phone being answered the (I think possibly new as previous ones were absolutely lovely) receptionist can be abrupt, short and more interested in getting me off the line. I’ve been asking about the flu vaccine over two weeks ago as I received a text and email saying myself and my young son are up for vaccine. I was told that they’re just doing 65+ which is fine. I got a letter a few days ago saying I need to book so I called everyday and just gave up after being stuck at 10th caller at one point for 15 mins. They have a new system where you book your appointment online but I can’t access that as password for some reason doesn’t work, my fault maybe. Either way I’ve emailed about this and no answer either. They are otherwise brilliant and have as I said been brilliant with our kids and myself. Just can’t seem to get hold of anyone. I can appreciate it’s busy but it’s taken me a week to get hold of anyone between work and childcare. Hopefully I’ll get my access sorted so I can avoid calling in future. | ||||||

I really get sick of this GP ?? I can’t believe I’ve had been waiting for 50 minutes for someone to answer me ,I was number 9 in the queue and when my turn has come I had to wait another 15 bloody minutes again ??and in the end no one answered me and I had to finish my call. Really rubbish service and rubbish GP . | ||||||

Terrible experience with this surgery. After days of frustratingly trying to get an appointment, Getting fobbed of by young clueless receptionists. I ask for Dr appointment and the book me in with a nurse and don't even tell me not a dr! Then the nurse says cant help me as I need to see a Dr!!
I go to reception told I have to try again tomorrow going online at 6am, And guess what when I do only Nurse appointments.
They never have doctors on its a joke. | ||||||
