One of the worst surgery ever.you have to Call exactly 9am, was told no calls left. If you manage somehow to book a call with doctor, she will call you at midnight or not at all without any explanation.stop telling people to go A&E, they are already under pressure and under staff. You get paid to serve your community not just yourself and your family only.if you ask to speak to the manager, you can’t as she is never there. When you write a complaint or make a complaint the doctor and the receptionist will tell you to leave and go somewhere else.why should I leave.it’s my local surgery and it’s nhs not private.please stop calling people foreigners, we can hear you when you chatting and gossiping.do your jobs properly,if you don’t leave , other people an run that place better with confidence,kindness and compassion. | ||||||

The doctor is always late. Receptionist always in bad mood. Not recommended.Receptionist talks about patient and their nationality like everyone is illegal and coming to their house. | ||||||
