Admin and staff on the phone the standard is poor, attitude, an arrogance not acceptable when dealing with patients who are expecting some treatment and care. The how dare you complain and criticise, but still do nothing about it . constant excuses and deflection. The standard needs to be better, you're dealing with patients lives. When you do get an appointment the professionals are good. Shame about how difficult it is to get to see them. | ||||||

Just wanted to say how much I really appreciate the level and standard of service I have received from the Old School Surgery. I often wonder how the Management & Staff operate under such extreme pressure. Of course I understand it's not always possible to get an appointment exactly when one would like. However, bearing in mind the demands placed on the Surgery I'm really amazed how they still manage to maintain a warm and caring environment they do. I know it's so easy to criticise the organisation that is the NHS when things don't always go to plan. But I feel it's really worth reflecting and acknowledging on how lucky we really are to have a local surgery like this that operates as it does. It's all to easy to take such a service for granted. Therefore, I would like to thank all those at the Old School Surgery from reception to medical staff through to admin and management for the great Team they are.
