I found that once I was registered for the online booking it was very straightforward to get an appointment at a convenient time. There was the usual waiting and late appointment start that you get at most NHS services, but the doctor was good, sympathetic, realistic and took appropriate action. | ||||||

I have been with my doctor for many years. The dcotor is fantastic. In fact, they are the only reason I go through the following experience time and time again.
The most difficult part of a patient experience should not be contacting the surgery by phone. It is here.
Without a single exception, I have waited on a centralised automated service to speak to anyone. The wait has never been short, and it is really frustrating. This phone system lets the practice down, I'm afraid, and is an example of technology getting in the way.
For example, today I have just called, been on automated call system hold for quite some time, someone eventually picked the phone up, they didn't answer the call but instead tried to dial a number (I could hear the beeps of the key presses) and then they hung up. So now I have to call back again, go on hold for a long time, and then I will probably get to speak to someone.
This group needs less frustrating call hold technology and - it appears from the outside - more people to answer the phone. | ||||||

What a waste of time. Can never get an appointment. They claim money as my as a user of their service but I never use it.....so fraud in my eyes
Always end up going down to Lewisham Hospital and wasting everyone's time | ||||||
