From the day I registered my baby here 8 weeks I've had nothing but trouble with a certain doctor. Refused to give me omeprazole after he was admitted to hospital and pediatrician diagnosed him with Gord and prescribed him it. Every month is a fight to get him to approve the request so my baby goes days without meds and my pharmacy are always so shocked at this as they have to request it a few times for them to get an answer. My baby also has an allergy to milk so is on prescribed formula and yet again he doesn't approve the request so my baby has been without formula on a few occasions. So I've had to go through 111 to get emergency powder as you are unable to by this formula. His dietitian and health visitor have had to email in to make him except it and are always so shocked to hear when he hasn't. My baby also had tortacollis and his physio has asked him to refer him for an ultrasound and he has alot of lymthnotes in his neck that need checking which he keeps refusing. I have seen another doctor who has also said he needs to have an ultra sound and this dr sent an urgent email to my babys Dr saying he must approve it. 4 days later he refuses it!!!! So now I'm having to take him to A&E to ask them as im so desperate!!!. I've sent 2 letters asking for help and for the practice manager to look into this neglect and I've had nothing back. I feel totally let down from this surgery its by far the worst experiences I've ever received from a gp surgery. I'd advise strongly to not sign up to this surgery |

Administrative staff and doctors have no clue and just play God with people's healthcare. Reception staff are so rude. Very horrible surgery and a shame. |
