Will definitely be signing up to this surgery, I come into the plumstead common road surgery on Tuesday morning to inquire and the 2 receptionists (Abby & Dawn) where very helpful. They explained how to register & the process, how to complete the online Econsult & explained how I could register for online services so I could book my own telephone appointments. They also explained how the appointments work. Both were very friendly & welcoming |

Honestly where to begin with this surgery! Red flag 1: they don't accept medical records digitally so they made my previous GP post them and so they had to be typed up again but wasn't done for 6 months because of staffing issues. My prescriptions weren't on file and it was an absolute pain to get anything, so much so I ended up calling 111. Red flag 2: you have to fill out their online form and the doctor will give you a call back. On several occasions now the doctors have forgotten or not bothered and I've ended up in Urgent Care. Red flag 3: they don't use the NHS app so you can't access any of your details online such as medical records or history. Red flag 4: they disbanded online services and don't let people sign up for that either. Red flag 5: they don't offer doctor's notes for medical exemption (other GP's charge but at least they do it). Red flag 6: they disbanded their patient feedback sessions and honestly don't care about your feedback. Red flag 7: if you write a formal complaint via their website, the practice manager is supposed to reply to you but they won't. Red flag 8: they don't give out more than one month's prescription at a time so I unfortunately have to contact them every 4 weeks. Red flag 9: don't bother calling, I was number 26 in the queue the other week and funnily enough they had no appointments available. Red flag 10: I spoke to them about IBS diarrhoea and they told me to take a laxative. There are a couple of nice nurses and receptionists but the doctors are old men who don't care about women or mental health. |

Rubbish GP service. It took me an hour to get to speak the receptionist. My repeat prescription has been sent to my pharmacist after they requested for it. I went to the pharmacist twice and still haven’t sent it This system is dangerous |
