My previous message has a typo error. I would like to rectify this and say that although this surgery offers ‘Primary Care’ it should still uphold a professional nature and offer the patient a better level of service that it is currently NOT doing. They are not very informative and unclear. DOCTORS ARE VERY RUDE !! ALMOST BULLYING at times. They know you cannot really say or do anything or they will not see you. It’s almost personal!!! | ||||||

After reading the reviews it seems that there is a poor service being given. My own experience is the same, very rude doctors, get rid of you quickly if you even manage to get a face to face Appt. Abruptly spoken to if you ask a question they do not like or even enquiry a little about your care. I realise this is Primark care however it is care and should be dealt with more professionally. I will not be recommending this surgery and am moving away so will be happy to change the practice. | ||||||

I'm very satisfied with this surgery especially taking econsult ASAP. And the doctors are ready to give proper explanation regarding to your health. I have not been seen face to face since I registered here but very satisfied with the way they respond to the econsult. Many thanks for that....the receptionist might need more training to how to attend to patients physically and via telephone....... | ||||||
