Depending on who you talk to they can tell you one thing or another, they don't have any policy or standard agreement on information. First one lady told me I could register myself and my family, then when I went a different lady told me they needed to see everyone from my family and with their ids, then when we finally got all there the following day, it turns out they close 3 afternoons a week! how in the world can you get an appointment if they are half of the time closed!
I ended up going to the surgery next door where they attended me very politely, friendly and helped me through the process and I could do everything myself - no need of thousand proof of ids and in presencial checks (which I doubt it was necessary in this surgery anyway, I just happened to come across the wrong person). | ||||||

The kindest and most understanding doctors I've had, no appointment feels rushed and the care is fantastic. Very pleased to have this as my closest GP. The online booking system is handy & I've not been seen later than 10 minutes past my appointment time over the past few months. | ||||||

I have now left this practice due to the extremely poor service I have received here. The doctors and nurses were quite good but the reception staff are truly the worst I have ever encountered. They moved or cancelled my appointments several times without informing me. Lost my newborn daughters registration paperwork and made me come back to fill in three times, each without apology. One staff member would tell me one thing which would be completely contradicted by the other a few days later. Absolutely disgraceful and they didn’t care at all. Do not attend this practice! | ||||||
