Arrived today for a pre-booked flu jab 10 minutes earlier than appointment, booked in at Reception, still sitting in reception 40 minutes later waiting. Enquired with reception how much longer I would be waiting to be told the Dr hadn't turned up! Then another receptionist accused me of not booking in. Argued my point that I had and told them to cancel the appointment as couldn't wait any longer. Cannot get telephone appointments to discuss blood test results ordered by the Dr. Been with this surgery for 30 years and the service or lack thereof is appalling! |

Been with them since 2012 and they have always been helpful, also the only ones that managed to get my condition diagnosed. Have also never had problems with receptionists always helpful. Complete contrast to ky previous doctors in Greenwich. |

We have been registered at Bannockburn Surgery for over 30 years, this past year the service has been appalling! The Receptionist will not give any appointments no emergency, none on the day, I had to argue every time to get a Hub appointment and each time I had to be treated and was referred to the Hospital. Today I had to call 111 where I got exceptional service, the receptionist yet again refused to give me any sort of appointment.Just kept saying call in the morning at 8:00 am… then it would be the same :Nothing!! Needless to say we will be changing GP’s |
