Stay away the receptionists have no empathy at all, they can’t be bothered to help just want to get rid of you. This practice is mentally exhausting. Awful people to deal with. |

So rude every time to my mum and I several times. I had severe anaemia to the point where I almost passed out in Waterloo station and I was a blurry mess and I couldn’t form sentences. I was 19 and so I had to wait in A &E for 6 hours as my blood count was supposed to be 120 and it was less than that almost 62 and this is how I found out I was anaemic ( due to poor diet and heavy periods). Anyways I went to call the doctor early in the morning greeted with a rude ass woman and said it was an emergency I need a check up that’s what the doctor said and I explained my condition and she was like yeah that’s not an emergency and just hung up. Can you imagine? Like how dare she even do that? |

Takes forever to get through on the phone if your not cut off when you have waited ages. Told you have to have a phone consultation, then no one calls. Call again and told they'll be calling in the next few minutes. No call. Now trying to call them again.. So frustrating. The lack of Care for patients is unbelievable. Unfortunately they have taken over westmount road surgery, how can that happen when they can't manage the patients they already had. Will definitely be looking for another surgery but are there any decent ones left. |
