The Links Medical Practice

The Links Medical Practice was established in East London in 1904 and is therefore longstanding and part of London history. I am a difficult patient as I am terrified of medical establishments and become quite ill and am subject to panic attacks. However, I find Mottingham Practice Doctors and Receptionists either in parson or on the telephone always helpful and kind towards me. I have never had an experience of anyone being unhelpful so thank you so much. Miss M.A.E.Nixon

I moved to the area and the previous tenant recommended The Links as it is only a few minutes away on foot and neither of us drive and once I got to know the system requirements appointments I found it to be very easy and convenient as if an emergency I simply go in and wait for a slot and come back at the allotted time and most of the staff are friendly and nice but it would have been full stars for everything if ALL the staff were more cheerful and less grumpy especially on the phone as you feel pretty rotten as it is if I'll or worried about your health so how you are treated when feeling vulnerable is vitally important but most of the time I walk in and out of the practice feeling GOOD about the service etc usually and majority of the time so it is worth sticking with while I am living in the area as finding a good doctors surgery is always a worry!! I hope they can continue on making the customers happy with the good vibe and smiles which don't cost a thing but can make the WORLD of difference when you are feeling poorly and quite grumpy yourself and in need of tlc as a client, not grumpy mess! I am pleased with the service on the whole though as most of the staff and doctors are pleasant and helpful
