The Queens Road Partnership has removed me from their patient list due to too many complaints. The Queens Road Partnership has: * 1. Wiped important clinical information from my GP practice medical records. * 2. Has a fondness for 'fat shaming,' yet GP's repeatedly fail to do referrals to assist patient's in this matter. The Queens Road Partnership has not made a single referral to Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital's weight management program. * 3. Blames clinical responsibilities of the GP practice on hospital consultations. * Falsified blood pressure readings on my GP practice medical records. * 4. Failed to address a problem of hypertension for six months, in a patient prescribed lifelong anticoagulation therapy. * 5. Palms GP practice responsibilities off on out of hours GP services. * 6. And the Administration Team returns blood pressure readings recorded by the patient, to help monitor, whether a newly prescribed blood pressure medication is safe to take, ensuring that the medication will not cause a stroke. I can see why the Queens Road Partnership would want to remove me from its patient list. |

Can't get appointments, reception staff just say 'call back at 8am, don't seem to have many doctors who have been there any length of time. |

Receptionists attitude is abysmal. If you manage to get an appointment consider yourself anointed by the grace of God because I can't get one. |
