Talking from my own experience, I am very happy with this medical centre which I have been using for 18 years. It is true that appointments in advance are hard to get but every time I was unwell, I had a telephone consultation or face to face appointment immediately.Sometimes,you have to wait too long on the phone to speak with receptionist.All doctors I have experienced were very professional a carrying. | ||||||

The system is designed to prevent patients to book an appointment and to receiver care. They are too busy to care for individuals, an appointment with the GP is like a lottery... Waiting times for a simple phone consultation are in weeks and everyone is discouraged to show up to the practice. | ||||||

my mental health issues haven't been taken seriously, neither my sleep problems, or a possible eating disorder. they tried to medicate unexplained pains with anti psychotic meds. Time to change doctors I think. | ||||||
