Nightmare to book an appointment ( 3 weeks at least in advance) even for kids !!!
Waiting ages until they pick the phone .
Soooo frustrating to just get a referral, 3 times get it to wrong hospital and after I had to search for the right hospital, I have been referred to the wrong clinic !!!! Time wasters .
Avoid in anyway. |

I have been with the practice for just over a year. The care has been excellent, and the staff on the front desk particularly friendly. |

I had test results arrive at the clinic yesterday morning. I called to find out the results and a course of action yesterday, to be told the receptionist MIGHT be able to get a message to the GP and they MAY look at them that day. (This is after I had been already been on hold for about 30 minutes). I didn't get the results yesterday. I called again today and was essentially told the same thing. I offered to take the results to a private Dr as I can be guaranteed an appointment and was told I 'am not allowed' to see MY results without a GP reviewing them first, so I am effectively being held to ransom by your vague practice around reviewing results. This leaves me with no access to treatment for an infection, along with a question about my right to access my data…
if I had known this was going to be the case I would have seen a private Dr last week and not asked for tests with my local GP. I love the purpose of the NHS and support its mission but it feels like the service level doesn't meet the need and am left no choice but to consider paying for access to a GP. |
